A Little Miracle Returned: Sharing a Page with My Idols in the Commemorative YOKE Journal!

Sometimes, the universe just drops a gift right into your lap. I’m talking about a project I worked on back in the spring a contribution to the YOKE Journal which I had almost forgotten about. And then, yesterday, this stunning commemorative issue arrived! It truly felt like a small miracle returning from the depths of my memory.

Holding it now, on this beautiful autumn day, I can’t stop smiling. Why?

First, I'm absolutely ecstatic to see my work published in such a high-quality, special edition.

But the real goosebump moment was flipping through the pages. I found myself right next to people I have admired for years in the world of spirituality and creativity.

Imagine this: My feature is immediately followed by an article on Deva Premal, Miten, and Manose! Deva Premal’s mantras have been the soundtrack to my spiritual journey for over 20 years.

Seeing my contribution sharing a book with them it's utterly surreal and incredibly validating. (I also spotted the fierce work of Polina Kostanda!).

This beautiful surprise reminds me that life is full of unexpected connections and magical rewards for the passion we pour into our work. It’s a moment to truly pause, step away from the daily grind, and just breathe in the joy of this moment.
